FAQ

What should my child bring to camp?
Comfortable athletic attire should be worn each day, rubber cleats (sneakers if an indoor facility is available) bat, glove, sunblock, and a cap to block the sun.

What should my child bring to eat?
Each camper must bring a snack (lunch will not be provided.) We will set aside a 'snack time' each day. Water will be provided to each camper.

What time should my child report to camp?
Each camper should report to the site no earlier than fifteen minutes prior to the start of the day.

What happens in the event of rain?
In the event of inclement weather, we will utilize our indoor resources to carry out instruction. If the camp your child is attending does not have an indoor site, please call 516-815-8330 in the morning before leaving for camp to listen to an updated announcement. If a day of camp has to be cancelled, we will either offer a make up day at the same location the following week, or offer a one day credit at another nearby location.

What Amenities are offered?
Fully equipped restrooms, water fountains, a first aid station and dugouts are available at each location. Also, Dominic Gatti and his staff have each been trained and certified in American Red Cross CPR and Sports First Aid.
